    and due to this upload fails again and again , & Onedrive app retry it again and again
    full waste of time and power here

    I want to make changes so that OneDrive only upload 2 videos (or files ) at one time

    i know it but I dont want to limit bandwidth for other apps

    I want MS OneDrive app to upload only in total 2 number of files at one time

    just like when we play game we turn our PC in gaming mode means to stop apps+services likely hood i want here

    I think I need to add few additional line of code in text doc in setting folder located into Local/MS/___onedrive folder
    but I dont know the code

    You don't have to limit bandwidth for other apps. Just choose to limit it for Onedrive - as shown above.

    I know what you want- it may not be feasible.

    You could provide feedback to MS using their technet forum or their Feedback Hub app from the Store.
