  3. I have some more screens I can post here if someone wants to see how to grab those for illustration purposes. The new screen could illustrate things better but you would see where to start and proceed as things progress. And you do have a few options for seeing this done as I have already seen working results with both the MC tool as well as UltraISO. Manually copying the two folders once the first two are dumped still works as well as simply cleaning the two folders out. So you can extract the combo iso into a folder and get rid of the two folders to be replaced by simple extractions from the two iso downloads!

As for seeing the option for choosing between the 32bit and 64bit you would automatically see that anyways being a part of the original Pro or Home "both" combo option when using the tool. What UltraISO or another iso program can do is create a brand new ISO ready to burn or write to a flash drive made bootable. When making up the USB 3.0 stick the entire process of download of the Pro combo about 10 minutes followed by the media creation process took 30 minutes! Compare that to a 10min. download and about another 5-10 total to see the flash drive made ready.

Anyone that should post a guide will want to see some of these factors added in as additional notes for those who had previously downloaded and saved the 10 ISOs who can then simply turn around and see the repeat the process folder made up where you can continue to make up 4 in 1 sticks for your family and friends. You then have the Option One and Option Two type guide for those who still need to download 10 or the second for those who already did! *Biggrin

UPDATE for Threshold 2 TechBench ISOs!

Both the 32bit and 64bit downloads show "Win10_1511_English_x64 or _32" in the updated combo images. The two download links are good until the time specified seen on the page found at : Tech Bench

Both are downloading at the moment into a new folder to receive those and simply clean out the two folders on each flash to see the contents extracted directly. That will update the 4 in 1 from the 10240 to the latest 10586 build.

Thanks for the bump, but my guide is pretty useless now. Download the new Windows Media Creation Tool and you get the option to download "Windows 10" ISO. Select the option for both 32 and 64 bit versions and you get the 4 in 1 installation ISO straight from Microsoft because they have now packaged Pro and Home versions together.

  5. That's a good one since I saw the dual but not dual edition option when running the first MC tool which has likely been replaced. That explain that one.

Upon grabbing the latest MC tool you no longer see two separate 32bit, 64bit links for each flavor but one tool that will run on both likely the updated 32bit to begin with rather then two separate ones where some will end up downloading the 64bit onto a 32bit machine! The combo will work easily enough since I will simply see the upgrade iso go on to replace the previous 10240.

UPDATE: MS PULLS 10586 Threshold 2 build from MCT! This now a week old appeared on the Face Book Current Trends column.

Well I didn't waste any time using the MCT to download and save the updated build for replacing the 10240 4 in 1 since MS now decided it should only come by way of the Windows updates as you read there! Yet the upgrade on both physical and VM from the 10586 Insider Preview build went smooth as silk being a rare circumstance! Typically upgrades tend to be buggy with either immediately noticed or surprise! Got Ya Later type bugs.

How to make 4 in 1 installation USB?

I figured it out. All I had to do is disable UEFI in the BIOS!
