Windows 10: How to manage Windows 11 Pro upgrade digital licenses

I am working with a company that has been purchasing Windows 11 Pro upgrades directly through the computer from a Microsoft account. In certain cases, users will need their computer replaced and we would like to be able to transfer the Pro upgrades from their old computer to the new one. Can you help with this process? I am currently logged into one of the Microsoft accounts with a proof of purchase in the account but not seeing how to apply it to the current computer. Any help would be appreciated. Windows 11 Pro for Workstations upgrade is not activated on digital license

Purchased the Windows 11 Pro for Workstations upgrade. First time upgrade was successful. Now my digital license only shows Windows 11 Home. How do I reconcile the upgrade to my digital license?

 

Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade

Want to upgrade 11 Home to 11 Pro. Tried download, but apparently files transferred were for 11 Enterprise. This will not activate; error is "invalid digital license or product key". This is on a new Surface. How to proceed?

Can withdraw/delete this. The suggestion to downgrade - listed below - with a 'fake' windows 10 key works.

Yes, the order is showing correctly in my Order History. It is an upgrade to Windows 11 Pro for Workstations, but my digital license is not recognizing that.
