Windows 10: How to manage WindowsApps startup behavior? Apps WhatsApp, GameBar, YourPhone, etc start...

I have a problem with disabling WindowsApps C:\Program Files\WindowsApps from startup. I am OK with the apps running in the background after I explicitly execute them. For example, WhatsApp is running in the background on my Windows 11 system after system bootup despite it is not being explicitly enabled in the startup apps list.Command lines for such app:"C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\5319275A.WhatsAppDesktop_2.2407.10.0_x64__cv1g1gvanyjgm\WhatsApp.exe" -ServerName:App.AppXkf4yh0averk473g9chjmra34tgccdh3d.mca"C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay_7.124.2141.0_x64

Gamebar process problem

Yeah, Like many people here have commented I have disabled everything in relation to Windows Game mode, gamedvr and gamebar in the settings menu. When that failed to fix the issue, I disabled everything in the registry in relation to game mode, gamedvr and
gamebar. That stupid gamebar presence process was still there. Then I used powershell to remove the xbox app. Still there. It only started doing this today. Please get rid of this crap and give me back control over what runs on my own computer.

Gamebar process problem

The Gamebar Presence Writer is automatically enabled on your computer if you opened the Game bar and play a game. This process allows you to record video clips from your games.

If you are playing a game and you want to disable the Gamebar Presence Writer, follow the steps below:

• Click Start, and then type Task Manager in the search box.
• Select Task Manager.
• Under Processes, look for Gamebar Presence Writer, and then press the
  End task button.

To disable Game bar, here are the steps:

• Launch Xbox app, and then go to Settings

• Click Game DVR.
• Turn off Record game clips and screenshots using Game DVR.

How can I eliminate Microsoft YourPhone error in Windows 10 when the YourPhone is not even installed on my computer?

This error message has been popping up on startup for over a month now. I'll put the text here too so it's more searchable:

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.YourPhone_1.220xx.xxx.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\...

The numbers represented by x are different from time to time.

I don't need or use the YourPhone app and would just like this error message to stop coming up.

I've searched a lot of peoples' questions regarding YourPhone. Many of the advice that has been given is to make YourPhone not run as a background app on startup. But it's not even listed among my apps in the first place. I turned off the "Phone Link" app as a background app and that didn't solve the problem.

I would appreciate any help.
