I have my yahoo mail account set up in Windows mail. However the list of folders in yahoo and mail is different e.g. I have a trash folder in yahoo but not in Mail. How do I get them to sync ?

By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

• Press Windows and type pictures
• Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

Thank you for helping me.



In answer to your questions:

I am referring to the Mail app in Windows 10.

The folder contents are accessible when I access Yahoo Mail from my Microsoft Edge browser.

The folder is not listed under the More option, indeed listed under the More option are folders which are not available in Yahoo via the Edge browser.

The issue is only present on the Yahoo account – the Hotmail account works perfectly.



As you suggest have pressed sync this view. It is still synching after starting the process about 14 hours ago !

I have tried deleting the account and starting again but that doesn’t solve the problem.
