Windows 10: How to "move" an app from c:/ to another drive?

I am trying to move an app to a different drive to free up space. I am an administrator. The "move" icon on the apps & features page is grayed out. What do I have to do to activate the move command?

How do I move photos from the my photo app to the pictures folder on the C drive?

  Open Photo App.
  
• 
  Select the photo and right click on the photo.
  
• 
  Select Open Folder.
  
• 
  From there you will be able to copy all the photos to C: drive

  Press Windows +E,
  
• 
  Right click on C: drive.
  
• 
  Select Sharing Tab.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced Sharing.
  
• 
  Uncheck “Share this folder”.
