Windows 10: How to move Window screen.

When I bring up my Windows 10 screen by pressing the Windows button it covers about 1/4 of my Desktop screen on the lower left side. Is there a way to move the Windows screen so that all of my shortcut icons are uncovered. Small problem I know, but aggravating.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Black screen after 'Starting Windows' sequence

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
