Windows 10: how to open my drive locked by bitlocker?

hello everyone, its all about bitlocker, i have 2 drives ssd and nvme kingston where the os installed on it kingston nvme , because of electrical issue my nvme drive damaged , and i have changed it and installed new windows, now the bitlocker didn't accept the recovery key and said it doesn't match , what should i do? * Moved from Community Center

Simple steps to reproduce:

1. Unlock a bitlocked drive.
   
2. Open a file from that drive (example = image file)
   
3. Reboot machine, confirm drive is relocked.
   
4. From "Recent Items," attempt to open the file
   
5. The file opens, even though the drive is locked
   

WHOA!

Obviously this is a massive security problem that should never occur, but is there a user-implementable fix?

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.

Windows 8.1 PRO unable to unlock Bitlocked drive

As you can see BitLocker Option is not highlighted for selection. It's like Windows does not even recognize this drive as a locked drive. And this drive does contain lot of Data.
