Windows 10: How to permanently stop Windows 11 update. Nothing seems to work!

I am using Windows 10, which I have grown to like. It is stable and operates like a Microsoft Windows product. My computer auto upgraded to Windows 11 which caused problems with my system. Audio did not work at all, computer was slow, etc... I reverted back to Windows 10 which solved all those issues. Microsoft again tried to Auto Upgrade to Windows 11 which I cancelled. I been on this Community to try and stop Microsoft from Auto upgrading but everything that was suggested does NOT work. Microsoft continues to try and Auto Upgrade to Windows 11.From what I have read in many Forums is

Internet Explorer 11; Windows 10....Stopped Working

IE11; Windows 10. For the past 2 weeks when I open IE11 I get Internet Explorer has Stopped working POPUP message rendering IE 11 unusable.

I have followed suggested Fixes by "Resetting" IE11; Use Software Rendering...is NOT checked. I have tried to use "System Restore" and go back to a Restore Point prior to 2 weeks but, I get unable to restore to xx/xx/xxxx because the process cannot file iexplorer.exe.

I have tried several Restore Points...get this same result.

I cannot fine the Internet 11 Install Update to delete it as it is not in the list History\Installed Updates.

Surely there must be away to fix IE 11...I have run out of things to do...suggestions with steps will be appreciated.

 

Windows 10 Gestures Stopped Working

I am actually still having problems. I can get the gestures to work properly by doing the steps listed above, but after a day or two, they stop working again. No updates, installs, or anything. Looking for a permanent solution.
