Windows 10: How to prevent the Windows password hint being displayed following a miskeyed password?

All my Google searches on this problem seem to point to questions on how to disable the password hint but I don't want to do that. All I want to do is stop it being displayed whenever I mistype my password on my personal Windows device, which is not exactly an uncommon occurrence and doesn't suggest that the password has been forgotten and that I need a hint to get it back. Having the hint displayed whenever I mistype my password is unnecessary and I'd prefer it to be displayed only when I do actually forget my password which is highly unlikely to ever occur, given that I log in to my perso

Password Hints

Hi Pav,

You can create a password hint by creating or changing your password from the
Control Panel's User Account option or from the
Settings.

These steps are from the Control Panel:

• Type Control Panel from the Cortana search field, then click
  Control Panel from the results.
  
• Select Change account type under User Accounts.
  
• Choose the user you want to set the password with.
  
• Create or change the password, then type the password hint just below the password fields.
  
• Click the Create password button if you're creating the password for the first time, or the
  Change password button if you're only changing your password.
  

If you already have tried these steps, can you share with us what gone wrong? If you're receiving an error message when trying to create a password hint, let us know the exact error message as well.

Here's creating a password hint steps from the Settings:

• Press the Windows + I keys from the keyboard to launch
  Settings.
  
• Select Accounts, then Sign-in options from the left pane.
  
• Click the Add button if you still don't have a password, or the
  Change button under the Change your account password pane.
  
• Input your password or new password in the fields, then the password hint below.
  
• Click Next, then Finish.

Password Hint for Full Admin password

I am Windows 10 64bit Build 1809.

Some time ago I had changed the Full Administrator password (it associates products from 2 countries).

The prior password had a hint of 2 products relating to the then countries.

With the newer password (which associates products from 2 different countries from those previously used) the password hint remained unchanged and I cannot find a way to change the password hint.

The newer password still works fine so I checked in Settings hoping to find a place relating to password hint.

The Security Tips are preset e.g name of first pet, city born etc with no options of Other allowing personal questions.

I tested again today deliberately miskeying the password and the same incorrect password hint still shows.

I want to change my Full Administrator password again soon so would appreciate if a member can guide me where I can change the password hint.
