Windows 10: How to put Windows 10 to sleep?

Is there a hack to tell Windows 10 to stay the fu#& asleep at night until maybe 7am. I mean stay asleep. I know how to put Windows to sleep. But there seems to always be some software that wants to go sleep walking and wake the computer at 2am and that is very annoying (because my computer is in my bedroom). I have been doing power off, but i want to sleep the pc at night not power it off (I run BOINC, distributed computing, and if I power off I lose a lot of work on projects). There really must be, or should be, some hack of some sort to really truly make the damn computer stay asleep all night (not an unreasonable request).

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

yes, it was already off.

its waking up one hour after it sleeps for about 2 minutes, then sleeping again. How the eff can i track what it does in that time if nothing shows in powerCFG or the event log?
