Windows 10: how to re-install touchscreen in windows 11 -

i have hp widows 11 and i had once disabled touchscreen and now i cannot see it in the device manager and i cannot also see the troubleshooting option for it, i want to re-install it

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Touchscreen monitor

Hi, I'm looking into buying a touchscreen monitor for use with a Dell Inspiron 660 desktop pc rnning Windows 8 in order to fully utilise the touchscreen facilities of Windows 8.
I'm preliminary looking at the Iiyama T2250MTS or T2452MTS touchscreen monitors. Anyone had experience of these, do they fully work under Windows 8?
Any other suggestions of monitors in the £200-£350 range?
