Windows 10: How to reinstall appxpackage sticky note & photo gallery without app store?

Hello,


Due to my office pc, I have to remove unecessary bloatware of windows 10 pro to restrict my users using it.

I did use the command below to remove all appxpackges.

Get-appxpackage ** | remove-appxpackage

how do I install the windows 10 STICKY NOTES & PHOTO GALLERY without using app store?
any offline installer can be downloaded?

Retrieve and Install Sticky Notes via PowerShell

Hi Matty,

Reinstalling an application via PowerShell needs an administrator access to continue. If you have administrator access, you can follow the steps below to install Sticky Notes using PowerShell:

• Open PowerShell with admin rights. To do so, type Windows
  PowerShell in the search box to see PowerShell in results, right-click on PowerShell, and then click
  Run as administrator option.
• In the PowerShell prompt, type the following command and press the Enter key:
  
  Get-Appxpackage –Allusers
  
  Scroll down and locate the entry of the app that you want to reinstall and copy the package name. Since you are looking for the Sticky Notes app, locate the Sticky Notes entry, and then copy the package name of Sticky Notes.
  
• Now, you will need to execute the following command to add the app:
  
  Add-AppxPackage -register "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\PackageFullName\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode
  
  Replace PackageFullName term in the above command with the copied PackageFullName information from step 2.
  

If you do not have an administrator access to your computer, we suggest that you contact your IT admin to be able to install Sticky Notes via PowerShell.

Sticky notes may have encountered a system file corruption that caused this. We suggest that you run the

Windows app troubleshooter for this issue. Meanwhile, we also recommend that you reset your Sticky Notes app by following the steps below:

• Click the Windows icon and click Settings.
• Click System, and then click Apps & features on the left menu.
• Click on Sticky Notes on the list found on your right menu, click
  Advanced options link, and click the Reset button.
• Click the Reset button again when you see the confirmation dialog to reset Sticky Notes app.
• Close the Settings window and check your Sticky Notes app.

To assist you better please let us know, are you referring to Sticky Notes app for Windows 10?

If yes, then this issue might occur if some of the app setting got corrupted.

Meanwhile I suggest you to please troubleshoot the app with Window Store App troubleshooter.

Kindly follow the steps to run Windows Store Apps troubleshooter:

• Press Windows logo key + R key to open Run command, type
  Control, and press Enter.
• On the top right corner select the view by to
  large icons, and click on Troubleshooting.
• Select view all in the left pane of troubleshooting Window.
• Click on Windows Store Apps option and follow the on-screen instructions.
