  1. How to reload Windows Photos for Windows 10

My Windows Photos on my Windows 10 computer was not reading .jpg files from the early 2000s and I wanted to find a way to fix that. An online resource https://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-10-cannot-open-jpg-files/said to run Powershell to remove the app and reinstall the software. The command to remove the app is here. get-appxpackage *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* remove-appxpackage

Believe it or not, I can't figure out how to reload the software on my computer because it seems that Windows still thinks it is on my computer and won't reinstall it.

    Anyone have some suggestions here?

    Thank you.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
