Windows 10: How to remove a Lock/Padlock from an Image?

Hi everyone! Hope you all are doing fine in this Pandemic! I want a little help. As per the title, I am facing a problem in Copying and Pasting 2 Image Files. They seem to have a "Lock/Padlock " sign as given in the screenshot below. I could not see, edit, cut, copy or paste these files anywhere. How to remove PADLOCK in Disc Cleanup..Temporary Internet Files.

Thank you shim shom... I have now added "Take ownership" thing to the menu when I right click on it.

Thank you Eagle 51. You said the padlock is the Icon ?? It cannot be removed? Makes sense to me now.

I have been searching for a month trying to find a way to untick something to make the padlock go away! *Redface

What is the simple way of getting rid of the blue locked padlock that keeps popping up on my screen?

There's not been a blue locked padlock reported on screen for 10 years and then it was on Dell Monitors:

All other blue lock images are reported on Android phones, not Windows PC's.

Please clarify. If not with the screenshot, then please explain what you're doing or what is open and where it's popping up exactly.
