Windows 10: How to remove pause for updates in settings in Windows 10, build 1903?

Few months back I put a pause on windows updates in settings, inadvertently. I want to unpause the updates so that I can download and install necessary updates as and when they are available.

1.) How long can Windows Updates be paused on this build?

2.) Will I continue to get Windows Defender Updates if Windows Updates are paused?

Windows 10 version 1903 will allow Home users to pause updates for up to 35 days

You will continue to get Windows Defender updates if you pause the Windows Updates

There is a lot of speculation on this. It looks like 1903 would allow 7 days of pause as this article says.

Windows 10 version 1903 displays only one option to control when updates are downloaded and installed on the computer. The option to pause updates is displayed in Windows Update, the advanced options feature a selector to pick a specific day in that 7-day period.
