    How to reset HP Stream Windows 10. whilst unable to login and insufficient disk space


    Hi,


    I have a HP Stream with Windows 10.

    Somehow I have ended up in the situation where the password is not accepted and there is no option to turn on wifi at login (the only option available is Flight Mode).

    When I go to the recovery screen most of the options require me to login but it doesn't accept the password.

    When I select the option that I have forgotten the password it comes up with a screen that says it is listing the administrator password - but there are no accounts listed.

    When I try to reset the installation of WIndows and say to delete all my files it says there is insufficient disk space but I cant clear any files cos I can't login.

    When I trigger the automatic recovery it says that it cannot repair the PC and tells me where the log file is but I can't get to it cos I can't login.

    I am happy to reset the laptop and go back to factory settings.


    Any help appreciated.

    Windows 10 Update on HP Stream 13 - Disk Space

    I have a HP Stream 13 with 32GB disk running Windows 10. Recently - June 2016 - received an update for Windows 10 but cannot install because of insufficient disk space. Says it need 20 GB to update. Have run disk cleanup but does not free up enough
    space to do the update. Does not give option of attaching external drive to get extra disk space. So, I am unable to do the update which I would really like to have as my Windows Store has not been working for quite some time. Has anyone seen this and is
    there a solution? Thanks.

    Ran out of disk space on HP Stream

    I need more disk space on my HP Stream to update windows 10, i save all documents to a usb drive and deleted from Stream, still says i need more disk space to update windows 10, HELP.

    I have optimized the disk and tried everything imaginable, even reset to factory settings and reinstalled Windows 10
