Windows 10: How to reset the PC or reinstall window without signing into the window and when locked by...

I created a new account and linked to my laptop, however it changed my Sign-in option to Microsoft account and not only password. Unfortunately, I forgot my password of the Microsoft new account. I tried to recover my account but it failed, because my account was new so I couldn’t provide them sufficient information such as the previous passwords and the last three contact emails. Now I still can’t sign into the window.Then, I tried to reset my PC but it failed as well. It needed me to provide Bitlocker recovery key to unlock and reset the PC even I chose to remove everything. I don’t have any

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Reinstalling Windows 10 to sell a PC - is the 'Remove everything' option enough?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true
