Windows 10: How to rollback Windows pro 10 21H2 version to 21H1 or later?

Hi, i buyed a laptop with WIndows 10 pro 21H2. It's a horrible system. It does not allow modifying the power options and the mouse falls asleep only every few seconds without the possibility of changing it. It's maddening.Its possible to rollback without re install a new windows copy?How could I keep the installed software and personal configuration?Thank you.

The KB5003791 Enablement Package allows you to go from 2004, 20H1, or 21H1 to 19044 (v21H2).

Hello Windows Insiders, today we’re releasing Windows 10, version 21H1 Build 19043.1202 (KB5005101) to the Release Preview Channel for those Insiders who are on Windows 10, version 21H1.

This update includes the following change in addition to all the improvements listed as part of Build 19043.1200:

We fixed an issue that causes the Windows Update settings page to stop responding after you download an optional update.

Hello Windows Insiders, today we are releasing 21H2 Build 19044.1202 (KB5005101) to the Release Preview Channel.

This update will be offered automatically for Windows Insiders already on Windows 10, version 21H2 in the Release Preview Channel. For Insiders not yet on Windows 10, version 21H2 – this update is offered via our “seeker” experience in Windows Update and ONLY to Insiders who were moved from the Beta Channel to the Release Preview Channel because their PC did not meet the hardware requirements for Windows 11. This means these Insiders will need to go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and choose to download and install Windows 10, version 21H2.

This update includes the following change in addition to all the improvements listed as part of Build 19044.1200:

We fixed an issue that causes the Windows Update settings page to stop responding after you download an optional update.

To check and see if you’re running Windows 10, version 21H2, just type “winver” into the Windows search box on the Taskbar. It should show as “Version 21H2”.

KB5005611 Windows 10 Insider RP 21H1 19043.1263 and 21H2 19044.1263 Insider

So, after installing it the computer hadn't "Devices & Printers", tried many solutions but none brought it back!

Then I decided to step out of Insider RP and did a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro 19043.1237

And, at least for now all looks good!

Windows Hardware Compatibility Program guidance for Windows 10 21H2

When Windows 10, version 21H2 is released later this year, there will be no updates to the Windows Hardware Compatibility Program (WHCP). The program will utilize the same guidelines as Windows 10, version 2004, which include the following activities:

WHCP requirements – No change. Windows 10, version 2004 requirements remain applicable for Windows 10, version 21H2.

Windows Hardware Lab Kit (Windows HLK) – No change. Since WHCP requirements persist in Windows 10, version 21H2, the Windows HLK also remains the same. There will not be a new Windows HLK release for Windows 10, version 21H2. Both Windows 10, versions 2004 and 21H2 can be used for the Windows 10, version 2004 qualification.

Errata – No change. All Windows 10, version 2004 waivers will continue to be valid for Windows 10, versions 20H2, 21H1, and 21H2.

Windows HLK playlist – No change. The Windows HLK for Windows 10, version 2004 playlist can be used for Windows 10, versions 2004, 20H2, 21H1, and 21H2.

Driver signature – No change. Drivers that meet all the applicable Windows 10, version 2004 requirements will be digitally signed with the same signature attributes.

Submission – No change. Windows 10, versions 2004, 20H2, 21H1 21H2 can be used for WHCP submission.

WHCP qualification – Windows 10, version 2004

Required OS version – Windows 10, version 2004, version 20H2, version 21H1, and version 21H2

HLK version – Windows HLK for Windows 10, version 2004
