Windows 10: How to save comments on a document converted to pdf from the Web?

I am reviewing a Municode set of local government ordinances using Adobe comment. My employer too cheap to buy Edit module. I saved the regs as PDF so I could employ Adobe to review and comment on these regulations.However when I tried to save the review to file yesterday it disappeared ....the text and comments would not save. Please anyone who had similar issue ...how can I save a copy of the mark up ?thanks

Hi, I have created a document in word, but would like to save it in PDF. When I click "save as", there is PDF option in the drop down. I have tried downloading a converter from Google, but it changes my settings when converting. Any suggestions on how
to get it into my drop down options please?

 

How to save a scanned document as PDF

There are some options that you can do to save the scanned documents to PDF file. You may follow these steps:

• Copy the scanned document.
• Open Word, then paste it.
• Click File > Save As > Choose the location where you want to save it.
• On Save as type, choose PDF > Save.

Regarding your PDF documents, the location will be based on where you saved the files. For your second inquiry, your documents can be converted to a PDF. If the original file is from Office Word, we suggest that you follow the steps below:
