Internet explorer 11 programs tab in settings disappears after clicking on it

This issue may occur due to changes in the IE configuration settings. As an initial troubleshooting step, we'd recommend resetting Internet Explorer while the antivirus program is turned off. To reset Internet Explorers default settings, follow the steps
in this link.

Please note that when you reset Internet Explorer, the following will happen:

• Toolbars and add-ons get disabled.
• Web browser settings will revert to default.
• Privacy & Security settings are changed back to their default values.
• Tab browser, pop-up settings and advanced options are reverted back to default values.

Internet Explorer 11 stopped working on Windows 10

Hi Danny,

Internet Explorer sometimes needs reset. To restore the browser to its clean state, you need to uninstall and reinstall it. To disable it, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + X.

• Click Control Panel.
• Click Programs.
• Click Programs and Features.
• Click Turn Windows Features on or off.
• In the Windows features window, uncheck the Internet Explorer
  program.
• Restart your PC to save changes.
• Repeat step 1 to step 5.
• In the Windows features window, check the Internet Explorer
  program.
• Wait for the installation to finish.
• Restart your PC again.
