How to set time for notification "Select what happens with..." ?

Am seeking a way to unlock VHD / VHDX files more easily.
I know there are a few ways to unlock these virtual disks, but they usually require a number of steps.
(or a script or task scheduler setup).

I am not an expert but I might / might have found a slightly faster way.

I have created shortcut of the VHD (VHDX) drive on the desktop.
Double clicking the shortcut, it will mount the drive.
    It does not unlock it.
One still needs to r-click on the drive in the folder tree and select "Unlock" so as to produce the Bitlocker "Enter password"-pop-up.

Now, when I double click the VHD shortcut, just for a split second, a notification shows up saying:
Local Disk (XHow to set time for notification "Select what happens with..." ? :)
Select what happens with removable drives.

This is really just for a split second, it is immediately followed by the next pop-up, reading:
Msft Virtual Disk SCSI Device - xx GB
Mounted to (XHow to set time for notification "Select what happens with..." ? :)

By trying a number times, I managed to click on the 1st notification pop-up (i.e. 'Select what happens with the removable drives').
Then the Bitlocker "Enter password to unlock this drive" window showed up.

I have increased the notification time, but that is no solution: only the 2nd pop-up (Msft...) stays on longer, the 1st one still disappears immediately.

Question: in this scenario, is there a way to have the 1st notification stay on longer, or better, stay on, until it is closed.
    (The "Select what happens..."-one)

BTW: I've also seen an "Unlock drive" notification, but that was just once or twice.

Follow these steps to check if it works:

Step 1: Open the Windows Settings menu by pressing the Windows Key and “I,” or alternatively search for Settings in the Windows search bar and click the corresponding result.

Step 2: Click Notifications & Actions in the left-hand menu. This will take you to a screen providing access to all of the settings related to notifications and the Action Center.

Step 3: Click the System icon, then select Notifications and actions from the left-hand menu.

    • Show notifications on the lock screen
    • Show alarms, reminders, and incoming VoIP calls on the lock screen
    • Hide notifications when duplicating my screen
