Windows 10: how to set up a network in windows 10

I need to do a new setup of my network because I have a new router. How do I get my tablet recognized by Windows 10?

• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
