    How to solve problem due to CMD command "Net user username*" ?


    Hi, I'm Sashvanth. My friend has attented a cyber security workshopbeginners level. On that workshop he learn some cmd commands that can reset our administrative login passwords. The command is" Net user username* ". Then he try the cmd command in my laptop.Once he run the command ,it shows"command executed successfully enter new password" but my friend closed the window without entering the new password. Now my biometric shows" enter pin" , while entering pin it shows"wrong password" while entering password it shows "wrong password". I can't open cmd too. Now struggling in lock screen. Pl

    the handle is invalid HELP!


    Did a search and saw this.... worth a try..


    • Step 1: Press "Win Key+R" and type "cmd" in the "Run" command box and hit enter to open command prompt.
    • Step 2: Type the command "net user UserName NewPassword", in the command prompt and hit "Enter". If you want to remove this password, just replace NewPassword with *.

    Net View Command not working

    I keep trying this command (net view) and it shows me "there are no entires on the list" on both Adminstrative CMD AND Normal USER- mode CMD. Any solution please??

    Since the Windows 10 Anniversary update, Start button and Action Center icon are non-functional

    Thank you again for replying.

    The suggested steps did not solve the problem for the new username or any others.
