Windows 10: How to solve Problem with Wi-Fi connection?

Iam getting a issue with my wifi connection. When I tried to connect with the wifi from router it shows can't connect to this network and if I turn on hotspot from my phone and try to connect it connects.the wifi from router works properly with other devices.i have tried to update the driver and un instal and installation nothing worked for me.Last time the same issue happened the technician did something settings in file manager then turned off the fire wall and it worked within a minute.iam frustrated with issue help if possible

After windows 1903 update I don't have any wi fi connection or icon showing and have tried many suggestions on how to get it, but none have worked.

Can you provide a step by step instruction on how to get wi fi icon and network.
