Hi everyone!I’ve been experiencing some slow performance on my Windows 10 PC recently and wanted to share a few simple fixes that worked for me, without needing to reinstall Windows.Disable Startup Programs: Go to Task Manager > Startup and disable unnecessary programs. • The latest update I have showing is "2018-02 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 based system KB4074588"
• I've tried all the below steps suggested by Eeshwar Kumar in this link: Redirecting

Some users have reported that they're experiencing some computer issues after installing KB4074588. In this case, we suggest uninstalling the said update by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + i to open Settings, then select
  Update & security.
• Click Update history.
• Under Update history, click Uninstall updates.
• Highlight KB4074588, then click Uninstall (beside Organize).

Please post back with the result for further assistance.

Windows 10 shoved down my throat from 7 files eliminated/corrupted including backup files.

I have googled every remedy to speed up process to no avail
