Windows 10: How to stop Skype for Business from loading at logon into Win 10

All of a sudden 'Skype for Business' auto-starts when I re-start my computer.


I have gone into Task Manager and it is not in the 'Startup' tab.


Gone into the 'Skype for Business' Settings and unchecked:

Under General:

1) Minimize to the notification area instead of the task bar;


Under Personal:

2)Automatically start the app when I log on to Windows;

3) Start the app in the forground


Restarted the machine and it still starts up. It doesn't then close by clicking on the 'X' but gets minimized to the Task Bar. If I preview the Icon on the Task Bar and click on the 'X' it still won't close.


I accept that it might be useful and that I might use it in the future hence I don't want to delete it but I DON'T WANT IT STARTING UP UNLESS I CLICK ON IT!

Skype for Business came pre-loaded on my wife's HP Pavilion laptop which runs on Windows 10. I have removed it from the startup list and gone into it, clicked on "advanced settings", and unchecked the two boxes about when Skype should start up. When I restarted
my computer, it was the first thing that came up. How do I stop this program from starting up?

Please notice that have already done 2 things that did not work: Skype does not show up on the startup list under Task Manager, and Skype settings are set for it not to start at startup. However, when I start my computer, it is the first thing to come up.
