Windows 10: How to stop some updates while updating others.

I am updating my window 10 and. But one of the update Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - v5.84 KB890830 takes forever to be downloaded. Hence I switch off my PC now when I can back and reboot, the other updates which were already downloaded but Awaiting install will not be installed and will restart download again. Therefore it becomes like a loop without finishing to install updates.

Now I would like to stop this specific update Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - v5.84 KB890830while updating the rest of the updates. How do I practice this?

Note: My internet Connection speed is normal I can download a file of I GB in 15 min

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
