Windows 10: How to tell if a PC has been used or started up before

I would like to purchase a new PC but I want to make sure that the one I’m getting has not been returned by a customer and then re shelved and that it has never been used, I heard the windows 10 out of box experience will show up if it’s been the first time it’s ever went through the windows 10 setup but I can’t find anywhere on google if you only get it once or if you can get it with a factory reset. And if there are any other ways to tell other than hard drive hours, Any help is appreciated!

Windows 10 Start Menu Most Used Reset

Hi

Can I suggest to the Microsoft Engineers to follow these steps:

- Click Start

- Right Click on your most favourite app in the "most used" section

- Navigate to > More > Don't show in this list

- Click on Don't show in this list (pretend you got the wrong app and you've now removed your favourite app)!

- Tell us how you get your favourite app to re-appear again in the "most used" section.
