Windows 10: How to transfer programs and windows settings from HDD to SSD.

I just got a new SSD which I installed windows on my laptop and I want to transfer my system settings and programs from the old HDD but I don't know how to do this without manually copying and pasting files from the old HDD. I've looked for solutions online but most of the recommendations have been for transferring user files and not system data. I'd really appreciate any help on this.

Upgraded Windows Transfer from HDD to SSD

Hi

My windows was upgraded from 8 to 10 on my laptop few years back. I was trying to get the HDD replaced with SSD. During the copy process, the technician said windows cannot be moved to SSD as it is an upgraded version from 8 to 10.

Kindly guide if there is a possibility to copy the windows to SSD ? If so, please suggest the steps.

Transfer of licenced OS from HDD to SSD

I have recently purchased an SSD. Originally windows was installed in HDD. Now I want to transfer the OS from HDD to SSD. Will I lose my LICENSED version of windows, if I do this? And it is mentioned in settings that my windows is activated with the help
of digital license key. Where to find that digital license and how to transfer OS from HDD to SSD?
