Windows 10: How to turn off compatibility mode - Windows 10

Is there a way to turn off compatibility mode or at least prevent the pop-up that appears every time I open programs? The problem started when I was fixing scaling issues.

I you wanted to turn off the compatibility mode for a program you can try the below steps.

• 
  Right click on the setup files and select properties.
  
• 
  Click on compatibility tab and uncheck the box
  Run this program in compatibility for:
  
• Click on Apply and Ok.

I suggest you to stop the Program Compatibility Assistant service
and check if it helps.

This service provides support for program compatibility assistant. PCA monitors programs installed and run by the user and detects unknown compatibility problems. If this service is stopped PCA will not work properly.

Steps:

• Click Start, type
  Services.msc in the Start Search box.
• Scroll down the list of services, right-click
  Program Compatibility Assistant service and select
  Stop.

• Is the issue specific only to that video?

If you are using Internet Explorer then, I suggest you to follow the below steps to disable the Compatibility view settings.

• Open the Internet Explorer.
• Click on the gear icon form the top left corner.
• Select the Compatibility view settings option from the list.
• Uncheck mark the Display intranet sites in Compatibility view
  and Use Microsoft Compatibility lists.
