Windows 10: How to turn off the tool tip boxes on Win10 App?

Hi, when I use the Windows 10 Fitbit app, I keep getting these tooltips in red boxes popping up all over the place and getting in the way. I tried to look at where to turn it off, but can't even find the app settings. (Many applications in general tend to have a 'turn off tutorial' option).

It is very frustrating to have them pop up, because they block the view and I don't want them - I know how to use the app.

(I saw there was a similar question "Turn off tips/tricks and inspiration?", but that's not what I have and I can't open the settings according to how the solution suggests anyway, because this is not a phone app.)

How do I turn it off?

You should add VLC to that list. Plays most anything, except WMV/WMA.

And are we sticking to free tools? Cause I have suggestions for some that cost money, but are well worth it IMHO.

 

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
