Windows 10: how to uninstall broken office 2010 pro on windows 10x64

Hello
i have a rather annoying problem with volume licencing version of office 2010
i was going to uninstall it and install 2013 in it's place because i have licencing for both, but since computer was from win7>10 upgrade program and office was already installed on the win 7 i had problems running setup program, and now the installation is totaly broken.
when i run setup of 2013 and check "upgrade" option because that is the only option it shows i got error 1706
when i try to run programs it asks for installation media then fails to read it
when i try to reinstall 2010 on top it simply don't run the setup program, either disap[ear after preparing installation files , or shows error 1706 again
trying to uninstall the program makes an error message apear that my system language isn't suppoeted by this product abd crash

Is there a failsafe way to uninstall broken office installation? kind of a purge. because i simply run out of ideas

No Office 2010 Updates Since June?

I believe Office 2010 updates have been broken via Windows Update on two PC following upgrading them to v1803 in July. I've now removed and reinstalled Office 2010 as follows which worked and found all the missing updates.

1. Uninstalled Office 2010 completely using the MS Office removal tool o15-ctrremove.diagcab
2. Installed and activated Office 2010 from my original installation file
3. Installed Office Service Pack 2 officesp2010-kb2687455-fullfile-x86-en-us.exe
4. Searched and updated Office 2010 via Windows Update. This found and installed c. 50 updates since Service Pack 2.
