Windows 10: how to uninstall the full snipping tool so i can use onedrive to take screenshots

i dont have the snipping tool, but then again i do. when i press pntscrn it shows up, but not anywhere i can delete it. and every time i click the auto box on onedrive it just goes away when i look again. how does this happen
