Windows 10: HOW TO UNLINK MICROSOFT ACCOUNT??

I was trying to fix something with my pc game and I went in to the xbox app and signed in on my computer for the first time. it then said it would link this to my whole computer and because this was my old xbox account it was family restricted. now I cant do anything and my dad forgot the password. How do I remove my xbox account from my windows account?

Now that my OneDrive folder and subfolders are moved and setup to the 2nd internal disk,




can I delete the whole folder on my C: drive in my User folder on the C: drive? Or should I leave well enough alone?
