Windows 10: how to unlink my minecraft account please reply

Hello, I have an account on Microsoft Teams and I play with it in Minecraft. My friend is in the neighborhood. He wanted my account on PlayStation 4 and I gave it to him But I want to get it back, how can I?

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.

Is there a way to unlink a Microsoft account that no longer exists from a PSN account? I know the method is said to be to login to the account you want to unlink and unlink it in Minecraft, but I cannot do that since the account linked with Minecraft on
my PS4 no longer exists, (waited 60 days). What, if anything, can I do?
