Windows 10: How to unlock the only admin account on my laptop?

Hello! Recently got this new HP EliteBook with 2 accounts: my microsoft account and a local account. The local one being the only one with admin permissions. First time opening the laptop I set everything up, and the next time I try to open it only my microsoft account can be signed in to. When I try to sign in to the admin account, it says "the referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to". All of my applications are in the admin account, and I can't redownload them on the microsoft account since it needs the admin's permission/password, which is locked out. I'm open

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Admin account locked

My admin account is locked don,t know how to unlock but have a standard user to login please suggest can I do something from normal user to unlock the admin account.

 

How to change admin user account name?

ah so main admin account is 'wizzle' which is what I am currently on
I make another account called 'wizzle2' (with admin rights)
I sign out of 'wizzle' and sign into 'wizzle2'.
And once signed into 'wizzle2', then I do the command prompt step and find the SID for 'wizzle' that is listed and go from there?
