Windows 10: How to update to latest win10 version

    How to update to latest win10 version


    When I try to update it gets just so far and then a message pops up telling me that Avira AntiVir has to be uninstalled because it is not compatible with Win10. When I attempt to uninstall the Avira it gets very, very close to doing so, but then freezes and will never complete. I have tried everything that I know to complete the uninstall, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    One of the possible reason why this error occurs is due to a corrupted system files that happened during the update.
    We suggest that you run SFC scan to check and repair them. Follow these steps:


    • Open
      Command Prompt
      as
      Administrator.

    • Type
      sfc /scannow
      and hit
      Enter.

    If the issue persist, you can run
    DISM tool
    and see if it helps. To run
    DISM tool, follow these steps:


    • Open
      Command Prompt
      as
      Administrator.

    • Type:

      • Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

      • Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

      • Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    • Restart
      PC.

    what is the latest build version of Win10

    My PC got updated to Windows 10 a month ago. But Windows 10 has lot of bugs and other issues. Can anyone tell me what is the latest build version of Win10. Currently I have 10.0 Build 10240. Thanks in advance.
