    How to view Office 365/Outlook.com mail server's spam filter?


    Our local ISP uses Barracuda's excellent filtering and sends a daily email if there are emails the filter isn't sure about per my setting.

    MS must have a similar filtering application that's sitting somewhere adjacent to Outlook.com... but I have yet to find a link or...

    Is there a way to view our account's spam filter page?

    Will Office 365 be able to solve my issue with outlook.live.com?

    Nothing. If you use the Web Browser interface to your Outlook Mail account.
    Then it is the Mail server that deals with filtering out Spam and that will be exactly the same even if you had no version of the Outlook application installed at all.
    Also, not all versions of MS Office 365 or 2019 actually contain the Outlook application.

    If you did install the MS Outlook application and set it up with your Mail account then it would have extra filtering options.

    Hi Gary. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

    They leave the Spam filter to your mail service to do online in the web mail account, or from the Office Outlook or server account. To do otherwise they'd have to have a separate Spam filter than your mail service does and it would likely conflict. So adjust
    the Spam filter in your web of Office Mail account so that it never gets to Windows 10 Mail which is only a sync service.

    1. Are you using Mail app or Outlook mail?

    I would like to bring it to your notice that there Is no folder by name spam its been replaced by Junk.
