  2. Settings and Microsoft store and xbox game bar not opening.

Okay, let's fix that problem first. I've provided some steps for you to try. Feel free to skip the ones you've already tried:

    1. Check if the AppX Service is Running:
      • Open the Services window by pressing the Windows key + R, typing services.msc, and pressing Enter.
      • Ensure the "AppX Deployment Service" is running and set to start automatically.
    2. Import the AppX Module:
      • In the PowerShell window, type Import-Module Appx and press Enter.
      • This command loads the AppX module, which includes the Get-AppXPackage cmdlet.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

Can I customize the list of suggest apps in the "Open with" menu?

    Yep, I see the same.

I tried adding Paint to Open With for txt. That also appeared in the More Options list.

I suspect it's to do with what the programs are registered to handle. The Open With list is constructed form a number of sources e.g. at least these:

The first of those corresponds to Snip & Sketch (simply search and find refs to the Appx string)
