Windows 10: HP 450 All in One and Windows 10

Does anyone know if indeed the HP OfficeJet 4650 series Full Feature Software and Drivers can be downloaded for Windoes 10 OS? I have been unable to scan, and it was recommended to be sure the FULL FEATURE driver is installed. I had the Basic Device Software installed. So I uninstalled and have tried a half dozen times to install the full feature driver and I just have no luck. Any suggestions? Am I truly not able to scan with the Basic Driver? And if I can, WHAT am I doing wrong?

HP Deskjet 450 and Windows 10

I have a HP Deskjet 450 that doesn't work with the driver that is on Windows 10.

Is there a fix?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
