Windows 10: Hp designjet 500 win32kfull.sys error when trying to print

Recently I've installed Win 10 Pro on my computer witch it's connected to my Hp Designjet 500 plotter. When I try to print a test page, or a pdf, I receive a blue screen of death and the win32kfull.sys error.



I've tryied a lot of drivers for the printer, and nothing works. With some drivers, the blue screen doesn't occure, but I'm receiving "Printer in error state", and with others when trying to print a test page , both print test page and devices and printer page closes, and I'm redirected to settings page, and nothing happens



Excuse my english, I'm not a native speaker. I really need to fix this issue...Please help!

HP Designjet 500 not printing in Windows 10

I have an HP designjet 500 24 connected through a network and I can print without any problems.

I connected another one, same model, via USB and the installation did not present any problems. If I try to print, it just shows a message "attempting to cancel the print".

Print and scan doctor does not show any errors and allow for Test Print.

Print Test Page from Properties shows an unknown error.

 

How to print faster on HP DesignJet 1050C?

In my office we have a color wide format printer, the HP DesignJet 1050C. The printing itself doesn't take long at all once it starts, but sending the file to the printer can take 5-10 minutes with something like 5-15MB PDF. The PDFs in question are just one page PDFs, they're 24x36" floor plans of a building.

Right now it's using a parallel port/PCI card, are there any faster options? I think it has a serial port but I'm not too familiar with printers in general so I'm not sure if that'd be any better. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
