  2. I apologize for the lack of understanding. I somewhat get what you are saying. But how do I upload the file in a .zip file? I will continue to figure it out on my own while you respond back.

  6. Hi Jesse. As this started three weeks ago, I believe I read that early on can you thing back as to what changed three weeks ago. New AV, new game etc. If you recall something we should look there. If nothing then go into your Windows update history and look at it. Any drivers installed in last three / four weeks. If you answer yes to the above then don't do the following, at least not yet.

I think this is a driver issue, myself. First thing I would do is take back control of driver updates. You want to disable automated updates. Option 4 of this tutorial.

Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10

Then I would go into device manager and delete all those mini ports listed in the network section. Then find your wireless adapter, right click and roll back driver. Restart. Test.

Failing that I would head to HP site any get the driver they list for your machine.

  7. I uninstalled removed the latest version of Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and went back to an older version as it kept having issues importing photos in a quick manner. I changed my antivirus subscription with internet provider to basic which includes Norton Antivirus which happened on Friday evening. But the antivirus wouldn’t be the problem. No new drivers have been installed. It says they are all current, I suppose. I also use HP Support Assistant to keep things working smoothly and efficiently.

Also, all of the drivers are fully up to date according to HP.

  9. So I got in touch with HP Support and they told me that I needed to do an HP Recovery on it. They assume that it was a driver conflict issue.

  10. I would stop driver updates and then roll back as suggested.

    Jesse:
You need to upload your file to the internet, perhaps to OneDrive, Google Drive, or DropBox, then share a link When you see this kind of file spec, it's for a purely local file:
    file:///C:/ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows/WlanReport/wlan-report-latest.html

The file:/// at the beginning is an HTTP protocol tag that means "access the local file system"
As you can see reading further, the file resides on your C: drive in the /ProgramData/Microsoft... folder hierarchy.
This is something only you can access, and nobody outside your LAN (probably, nobody outside your PC) can see, access or use.
