Windows 10: HP Drivers

I’ve decided to upgrade my laptop HDD(HP DV6 entertainment) to a SSD which appears to be quite straight forward. I’m thinking too about changing the OS which is windows 7 to 10. I’ve been told that for this laptop windows 7 is the optimal OS. So my question is, will windows 10 be able to successfully replace the original HP drivers or equivalent?
The laptop has a built-in webcam, hdmi and fingerprint recognition scanner.
I was wondering if any have already made this transition. If so, will it be straight forward or am I likely to encounter problems. If so are they solvable?

• Uninstall your driver.
• Don't restart your computer.
• Install the driver that you have downloaded from HP.
• Restart your computer.

Windows 10 Hibernate issue with the HP laptop

We would suggest you to runt the Power troubleshooter and check.

Try to run the troubleshooter and check.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box and hit
  Enter.
• Select View all from the left pane and select Power.
• Follow the on-screen troubleshooter and try the steps.

We would also suggest you to update the firmware of the BIOS and install the chipset drivers and check.

Hp Envy Driver missing

• Are you referring the missing driver as the High Definition Audio device
  with a yellow mark in the screenshot?

This issue could have happened due to corrupted driver files. Let's try reinstalling the driver and check if the driver can be recovered. Follow the below steps to re-install the driver.

• As you are already on the device manager, right-click on High Definition Audio device, and select
  Uninstall.
• Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

If the issue still persist, I suggest you to run the hardware troubleshooter and check if the issue is resolved. Follow the below steps to run the Hardware troubleshooter;

• Type troubleshooting in the search tool.
• Click on Troubleshooting tab.
  
• Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
  
• Select the Hardware and
  Device options from the list.
• Click Next to run the Hardware
  and Device Troubleshooter.
