    Windows Hello

    When I look up the specs of HP EliteBook 2560p on HP site, I don't find Fingerprint mention. Also your Device Manager doesn't list biometric.

I think it's may be due to overheating but this also happens when the device is plugged inI have set the fans to work on AC power so I don't think that is related to overheating....
