Windows 10: Hp elitebook 8460p not working

Hello. I have a hp elitebook 8460p, secondhand rebuilt i5 processor. I bought it 1 year ago in October. The performance has amazing for about 9 months then it started to become slow, I reset windows and it's been perfectly fine since then. About 2 weeks ago, I loaded it up and the screen kept freezing so I restarted the computer and that didn't do anything. I go into setting to reinstall windows, and it keeps crashing onto the home screen, or goes to the reinstalls program, and stays on 1% then crashes. None of the programs work properly, it's very slow and won't cooperate. What shall I do?

Microsoft 3600 Bluetooth Mouse is not detectable on HP 8460p

My Microsoft 3600 Bluetooth is not detectable on HP Elitebook 8460p while it is working on other laptops.

The HP Elitebook 8460p Bluetooth is already working with other device and I can use it to transfer files.

Hp 8460p Elitebook and windows 10 compatibility fix

I would prefer to keep windows 10 on my Hp 8460p. Can someone post a list of drivers or other items ( preferably free ) to resolve the Hp 8460p + windows 10 compatibility issue. The RealTek IDT audio with low enternal speak volume is the main issue.

HP Elitebook webcam problem

Hp Elitebook 8460p installed webcam does not work with Skype. It does work with youcam and camera apps. I have windows 10 1607 installed on this PC. Skype detects the webcam but shows a circling blank screen, not video of me or the room I am in. Do you
have a suggestion/solution?
