Windows 10: hp envy 4520 just bought a new dell i3 printer installed-- no printer icon or ability to print

I just bought a new Dell computer. My hp envy 4520 wireless is listed in my printer device. 1. I don't see the printer icon on the bottom right of home screen and it will not print. I tried using the normal print button, control P no luck. Any help

HP 4520 Printer Offline

My HP 4520 Envy printer says offline and will not print from Windows 10 on my laptop. It will print from other devices. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
• Verify how is your printer connected to your computer. Check the USB connection (for wired printers) or the wireless connection (for wireless printers).

Meanwhile, uninstalling and reinstalling the latest driver for your printer can resolve these types of issues.

1. Press Windows key + R, then type in devmgmt.msc.

2. On the Device Manager window, expand the Printer.

3. Uninstall your printer driver.

4. Reboot your computer and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

5. If Windows doesn't find a new driver, you can try looking for one on the
device manufacturer's website
and follow their instructions.

Can't print with new HP Envy 4520

I have replaced my printer from an Epsom Styus Photo RX420 to a H.P Envy 4520 and having installed the H.P. printer to the instructionsI provided and can print directly from the printer but not off the computer . I have installed and used H.P. Print and
Scan Doctor with the result that it states all is well ie recommended update O.K print spooler O.K,driver check O.K., device status O.K , device manager O.K., device on line O.K. , print queue O.K. , port noted O.K., device conflict O.K. and I am able to
print a test page which is acceptable . In order to eliminate the old printer software conflicting with the new software I have deleted it . However this has introduced another problem in so much as when I ask it to print from the computer it goes to fax
. Can you please suggest a solution to my problem.
