Windows 10: HP ENVY 4520

    HP ENVY 4520


    HELP


    My printer will not print colour, when I go into settings>Devices>Printers & Scanners>HP ENVY 4520>Select Manage>Printing Preferences>Paper/Quality>


    In Media: I select "Plain Paper" then in Quality Settings I select "Normal"


    It does not give me the option to select "Black & White" or the "Colour"

I upgraded to windows 11 .. hated it and TRIED to revert back to windows 10 and now my printer will not work! i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times ..
