    HP ENVY 5540 SWITCHED TO WINDOWS 10 AND NOW PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT COLOR.. IT WORKED JUST FINE BEFORE WINDOWS 10. I USE ONLY NEW HP ORIGINAL INK. CAN YOU HELP? MANY THANKS

    Problem with HP ENVY 5540

    My HP ENVY 5540 will not print color documents from my computer. It will print a scanned document in color, but not one that is sent to it via my laptop. I am running Windows 10. When I first purchased it 2 years ago it worked fine but will not do so
    at this time. I checked settings and it appears that the settings are correct. Suggestions?
