Windows 10: hp laptop can’t factory reset due to low storage space

for the last couple days i have been trying to factory reset my laptop and cant get anywhere . it says i dont have enough room to reset it. i have looked online and done everything possible ... im at a dead end on which way to go now, please help.

New hp laptop already low on storage

Can anyone help with a storage issue? I've only had this laptop 2 months and I can't receive updates due to low storage space. The only thing I have saved on it is a few pics, no documents or anything else... I don't understand why I don't have any storage!

 

factory reset

My Lenovo laptop is running low on storage and I want to factory reset it. When I try it says I need more space, and I have deleted everything on the laptop that I can uninstall but it still says low. They only thing that's holding all the storage is system

The low storage space that you are experiencing might occur due to an automatic backup files that consume your hard disk space when creating a restore point. To turn it off, follow the steps below:

• Open Settings, and click/tap on the
  Update & security icon.
• Select Backup on the left side, and turn off Automatically back up my files on the right side.

To disable hibernation option, you may check the following steps:

• Right-click on the Start button, and choose Command Prompt (Admin) from the pop-up menu. If you are prompted by the User Account Control asking if you want to allow this program to make changes to your computer, click
  Yes to proceed.
• In the Command Prompt window, type powercfg.exe /hibernate off and press
  Enter. Exit the Command Prompt window.
